The tasks of a support technician at DECIMAS are as follows:
Contribute to the maintenance, technical support and improvement of the above mentioned infrastructure.
Installation and maintenance of all the company’s computers at Hardware level.
Provide computer-automatic-technical support to all users: from low level to medium-high level incidents.
Requirements
Technical Engineering in Computer Systems or Higher Grade Vocational Training in Computer Systems.
VPN user management
Servers (basic/intermediate level)
Remote access tools (Logmein, Teamviewer…)
Mobile devices: Android and IOS
Microsoft Office 365
