The tasks of a support technician at DECIMAS are as follows:

  • Contribute to the maintenance, technical support and improvement of the above mentioned infrastructure.
  • Installation and maintenance of all the company’s computers at Hardware level.
  • Provide computer-automatic-technical support to all users: from low level to medium-high level incidents.

Requirements

  • Technical Engineering in Computer Systems or Higher Grade Vocational Training in Computer Systems.
  • VPN user management
  • Servers (basic/intermediate level)
  • Remote access tools (Logmein, Teamviewer…)
  • Mobile devices: Android and IOS
  • Microsoft Office 365
