The mission of a Product Manager (Stock Planner) in our company is to manage the assortment of our points of sale. Where the following functions stand out:
- Definition of the profile of each point of sale according to the classification criteria. Have an exhaustive knowledge of the market.
- To have a knowledge of the collection, both quantitative and qualitative: best-sellers/worst-sellers for the area/at each point of sale/…
- Take prompt action during the season to ensure that the right product is always available in the right place and in the right quantity.
- Stock analysis and shipment control.
- Management of stock levels to optimize sales.
- Collaboration with the retail and merchandising department in corporate strategies and commercial actions at points of sale.
- Daily communication with the points of sale to provide support and instructions to follow.
Knowledge:
- Minimum academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics and Business Administration.
- Knowledge of Office (Excel advanced level) and
- Internet and mail tools.
- Languages: English
