Functions:

- Management of all store and head office personnel. Support and work together with the commercial areas coordinator.

- Participation in the preparation of the Human Resources budget and follow-up of its compliance.

- Selection: search of profiles for store positions, knowledge and use of the most appropriate recruitment sources.

- Workforce management: sizing the workforce according to the budget approved by management, establishing schedules and shifts, and establishing contract types.

- Definition of Training, Development and Evaluation plans for the store teams and coordination of their implementation in the stores in their area.

- Potential Management: identification of people with potential, training follow-up and promotion proposal to Store Management.

- Evaluation of the work environment: identification and resolution of conflicts, causes of turnover and absenteeism.

- Compensation and retribution: application of the compensation policy and monitoring.

- Administrative management: definitive transfers, interim transfers, registrations, changes in working hours, expiration dates, etc.

- Corporate culture and management style: it conveys and ensures the implementation of our management model and corporate culture.

- Information channels: ensure the flow of information to personnel through the channels established by the organization.
- Labor Relations: maintenance of relations with labor unions and personnel representatives.
Knowledge:

- Academic background in Psychology/ADE/Law/HRHH or RRLL.

- Work experience in the sector and in HR.

- Experience in team management.

- Perfect use of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel).
- Medium/advanced level of English is a plus.
